01 Services
One process. A dedicated recipe for every part.
In hard chrome, the result depends on the part’s material, geometry and service conditions. We plan every job around those three.
- 01
Hard chrome plating
High-hardness functional plating against wear, friction and corrosion. 70 HRC - 02
Hydraulic rod and piston plating
A hard, wear-resistant chrome surface for cylinder rods and pistons. Rods · pistons - 03
Mould chrome plating
Easier release and longer life for injection and press moulds. Moulds - 04
Roll and cylinder plating
Uniform chrome for printing, packaging, textile and sheet-processing rolls. Rolls - 05
Chrome stripping and reconditioning
Re-plate worn parts before you buy new ones. Strip + re-plate

03 Process
Six stations, from receiving to dispatch.
Every part follows the same sequence — so the result is repeatable, not a matter of luck.
- 01
Receiving and inspection
Dimensions, material and surface damage are logged and a job card is opened.
Size · material · damage
- 02
Surface preparation
Degreasing and rinsing make the surface ready for plating.
Degrease · rinse
- 03
Masking
Threads, grooves, bearing seats and other bare zones are protected.
Tape · lacquer · plugs
- 04
Activation and plating
After anodic activation, the part is plated in the chrome bath at controlled current and temperature.
3 m tank · 3 t
- 05
Hydrogen relief
High-strength steels are baked to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
190–220 °C
- 06
Final inspection and dispatch
The part goes through a final check and ships in protective packaging.
