Data controller

Altaş Kromaj ("Altaş Kromaj") processes your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as described in this notice.

Data we process

Identity (full name), contact (phone, email), customer transaction (company name, the content of your quote request, part details and any files you upload) and transaction security data (such as the time of form submission).

Purposes

Assessing your quote request and preparing a quote, contacting you about your request, carrying out any resulting contract and meeting our legal obligations.

Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering into or performing a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your data may be shared with the providers of our website hosting and form infrastructure (Vercel Inc., USA; Resend, USA, for email delivery) only as far as needed for that service and in line with KVKK Art. 9, and with competent public authorities where required by law.

Collection and retention

Your data is collected electronically through the quote form on our website. It is kept for the duration of the quote process and any statutory retention period, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object to processing and to claim compensation for any damage.
